Terry Black's Barbecue
Austin
Terry Black's sits on Barton Springs Road in a barn-like space, where you'll order cafeteria-style at the counter, watching the pitmasters slice brisket by the pound straight off the butcher paper. It's worth arriving hungry and a little early, since the lines move steadily but the brisket and beef ribs can sell out before closing.
